Seven days of wildlife wonders and unimaginable adventures, as we set out from Arusha and concentrate our safari first on magical Ndutu and then Serengeti – the jewel of Tanzania – before enjoying a completely different, though equally amazing, setting at Ngorongoro. These unmissable locations will get us up close to a host of animals: Wildebeest and Zebra, lion and cheetah, elephants and buffalo, plus many, many more as well as fascinating birdlife. DAY 1: KILIMANJARO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TO ARUSHA

Arriving at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by a professional driver accompanied but the sales officer, ready to and escort you to Arusha and your chosen hotel after a long tiresome trip.  On your way you will have a clear view of the amazing town/city and country. This will enable you to know how Arusha – the undisputed ‘Geneva of Africa’ ‘safari capital’ of East Africa-is at 1400 meters above sea level, which makes its the temperatures and humidity relatively low. All around this important city are some of Tanzania’s greatest pleasure. Mount Meru towers above Arusha, while even distant Kilimanjaro can be seen on a clear day. Arusha provides the ideal starting-point for safari-lovers, within reach of Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater. Each day is different here, full of surprises, but we focus of course on the Great Migration, that unique natural wonder which involves a cast of breathtaking numbers, literally hundreds of thousands of animals making their annual journey across the plains as they search for food. Zebra and wildebeest are the most numerous of the migrating animals, grazing on the short-grass plains. But your driver-guide will also be on the lookout for other wildlife, too, using his expertise and ‘eagle-eyes’ to try to find elephant, lions, buffalo, leopard and cheetah – just some of the many, many species you will surely encounter in this unforgettable location. DAY 6: CENTRAL SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK – NGORONGORO

After an early morning wakeup. We make the most of the day with a 08:00 start, we will start our game-drive earlier when the animals are very active. Later, the adventure will continue when we travel up to Ngorongoro, another African icon figure around Africa and the world at large. It’s almost impossible to spend too much time in Serengeti and with more than 1.6 million herbivores – plus thousands of predators – there’s always something new and interesting to see. The changing seasons and natural light, the sun rise and sun sets simply add to the diversity. This morning your driver-guide will help you spot some more of the many species at Serengeti, teaching you about their fascinating habits and habitats.

After a pleasant picnic lunch, it’s time to drive eastwards to visit another spectacular setting for Tanzania’s wildlife, the famous Ngorongoro Crater. On arrival, settle in at the lodge while a tasty, hot dinner is prepared for you. Tomorrow, the wonders of the crater await us.

DAY 7: NGORONGORO CRATER TOUR TO AIRPORT

Today could also be ‘departure day’, however there’ll be lots of time to get pleasure from another true spectacle, before you head back home. Ngorongoro Crater is commonly brought up as a marvel of the globe and your early morning game drive shows you why.
First, there’s the volcanic crater (the world’s largest), filled with parcel of land, forest and swamp, a setting of jaw-dropping beauty. Secondly, the permanent water of the crater floor supports a resident population of quite 25,000 giant mammals. Here you’ll notice several of the explanations you selected to return on safari: elephant, lion, leopard, hyena, jackal, wallowing hippo, waterbuck, baboons… even the rare black rhino finds shelter here. Harmonious co-habitation of man and beast makes Ngorongoro distinctive in African nation and your driver guide are happy to elucidate this unbelievable co-existence to you.

Departure Instructions:

This Tour ends at Arusha Airport or Kilimanjaro International Airport at 17:30hrs depending on the flight details, you can only depart on this day if you have booked a Domestic flight which departs from Kilimanjaro International Airport at 19:40hrs and onwards or an International Flight which departs at 21:00hrs and onwards. Otherwise, you will need to book a post night Accommodation if you are departing with any earlier flight.
